This one-day course is a deep dive course into the Lean Management System (LMS) element of Visual Management as outlined in our Visual Management System Design course, while also offering principles that cover how to integrate digital technology into a system in a consistent and seamless manner. In geographically dispersed organizations it if often difficult or totally impossible to collaborate effectively among peer groups or to carry out Leader Standard Work at higher levels in the organization. A flexible means of designing and utilizing visual tools that are inclusive for those not consistently on-site is critical to creating a Lean thinking culture in such organizations.
