In addition to our customized coaching and consulting support, we offer pre-packaged standard courses on key topics of interest to Lean thinking organizations. These courses can be used as stand-alone opportunities for a deep dive into a specific topic or as an adjunct to a broader engagement.
All classes are designed for a minimum of 5 students and a maximum of 25.
